At Sustuu.com we use either Royal Mail or DHL Express Parcel Service for all our deliveries and we aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 4pm on the same day, (Monday to Friday).
Within the UK, for our standard Free delivery service your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery or by courier and a signature may be required upon delivery.
International orders will be sent using either Royal Mail International Signed For or DHL Worldwide Express International Courier Service and the delivery time does vary from country to country depending on each countries own postal service.
Please be advised that where a Next Day delivery is specified or offered, this only applies to standard 'Working Days'.
We have no postal collections on a Saturday, therefore any orders placed with us on a Saturday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Please ensure when returning the item that it is placed back into its original packaging. Refunds will be processed ONLY once the item has arrived at our warehouse and an arrival inspection has been completed.

Hygiene Sensitive items as described in the Returns Policy will not be accpeted for refunds if the items have been used.
We're unable to accept cancellations for these products once ordered.
