Delivery
At Sustuu.com we use either Royal Mail or DHL Express Parcel Service for all our deliveries and we aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 4pm on the same day, (Monday to Friday).
Within the UK, for our standard Free delivery service your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery or by courier and a signature may be required upon delivery.
International orders will be sent using either Royal Mail International Signed For or DHL Worldwide Express International Courier Service and the delivery time does vary from country to country depending on each countries own postal service.
Please be advised that where a Next Day delivery is specified or offered, this only applies to standard 'Working Days'.
We have no postal collections on a Saturday, therefore any orders placed with us on a Saturday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Sustuu.com. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange. Please ensure when returning the item that it is placed back into its original packaging. Items that are classified as Hygiene Sensitive (Baby Bottles, Teats, Teethers, Shavers, Trimmers) will only be refunded if the items have not been used or if they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed ONLY once the item has arrived at our warehouse and an arrival inspection has been completed.
Returns should be made within 14 days of purchase.

Products We're Unable to Cancel, Refund or Exchange
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot cancel orders, refund or offer an exchange on: Special orders, personalised or made-to-measure products, perishable goods, flares or other hazardous goods, CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software (including mapping software or disks) or video. Hygiene Sensitive items as described in the Returns Policy will not be accpeted for refunds if the items have been used.
We're unable to accept cancellations for these products once ordered.

Buying Large or Long Goods or Hazardous Products
